In the standard SAP system, the annual bonus days corresponding to a particular length of service are calculated using the Payroll México -> Aditional payments -> Annual bonus -> Calculate the number of annual bonus days to be paid for seniority section of the Implementation Guide.
This activity can be used to calculate the the number of seniority annual bonus days only if the length of service is whole years, or zero.
Example
You can determine that your company will pay 15 annual bonus days for one year of service, and 8 annual bonus days if the length of service is less than one year (that is, equal to 0 length of service).
Activities
To set a number of annual bonus day to be paid when the length of service is not whole years, or is less than zero (for example, to set 17 annual bonus days for 1.8 years of service, and 7 annual bonus days for 0.7 years of service), function module EXIT_HMXCAGU0_002 of the SAP enhancement RPC3201 should be included in the project, and changed according to your needs.
