To calculate the annual bonus, the standard SAP R/3 system uses the the employee's daily wage (wage type /305) as the basis.
Activities
If you want to use a different wage type as the calculation basis for the annual bonus, include function module EXIT_HMXCAGU0_001 of SAP enhancement HRPC3201 in your project, and change it according to your needs.

You should only perform this activity if you fulfil the following conditions:
- The SAP standard processes do not meet your requirements.
- You have a good knowledge of ABAP/4 programming.
- This function module should be used only for the purposes mentioned above. If you use it differently, it is not guaranteed to produce correct results in the system.
