Activities
If you want to create your own valuation basis for the payments corresponding to work termination you should:
- Create your own work termination payment wage types. Thus, follow the instructions in the implementation guide in section Payroll Mexico -> Extra payments -> Work termination -> Create wage types for work termination payments.
- Create your own wage types that hold the corresponding daily wage. Thus, follow the instructions in the implementation guide in section Personnel management -> Personnel management -> Payroll data -> Wage types' concept.
- Create your own wage types that hold your own valuation basis taking into account the customer names' range; for example, /099. Thus, follow the instructions in the implementation guide in section Personnel managemet -> Personnel management -> Payroll data -> Wage types' concept.
- Generate your own valuation basis with this daily wage. Thus:
- Copy payroll rule MXF4 to your own rule taking into account the customer names' range (for example, ZXF4).
- Change the new rule (ZXF4) so that it generates only its new valuation basis.
- Include the new rule in a copy of payroll subscheme MXTR (for example, ZXTR) below the standard payroll rule MXF4.
- Include the copy of subscheme MXTR (ZXTR) in a copy of payroll scheme MX00 (for example, ZX00).
- Set your payment wage types for work termination so that they use the new valuation basis. Thus, follow the instructions in the implementation guide in section Payroll Mexico -> Extra payments -> Work termination -> Wage types valuation -> Assign valuation basis to work termination wage types.
