In the standard system, the calculation of alternative basis for compensation /T00 is made of four rules: MXF0, MXF1, MXF2 and MXF3.
Change these rules to obtain your own methods. To calculate the alternative basis for compensation use a method different from the one proposed by the standard system.

Activities

Rules MXF0, MXF1, MXF2 and MXF3 are in payroll subscheme MXTB.

If you want to change these rules:

  1. Check whether you have yet copied payroll scheme MX00.
    1. If you have already copied it, carry out the following activities through your copies.
    2. If you have not copied it yet, copy it to your own scheme taking into account the customer names' range; for instance ZMX0.
  2. Copy subscheme MXTB to your own subscheme taking into account the customer names' range; for example, ZXTB.
  3. Copy rules MXF0, MXF1, MXF2 and MXF3 to your own rules taking into account the customer names' range for example ZXF0, ZXF1, ZFX2 and ZXF3.
  4. Change these copies of the rules according to your needs.
  5. Add these modified copies to the copy of payroll subscheme MXTB (in our example, ZXTB).
  6. Add the copied subscheme (ZXTB) to the copied payroll scheme (ZX00).
  7. Save your entries.
