To calculate Income Tax, the standard SAP R/3 system determines the method and table to be used according to the settings carried out in the Implementation Guide (IMG) in section Payroll Mexico -> Taxes -> Income tax -> Assign tax table to Employee group/subgroup.
Activities
If, for a particular employee, you want to use a method other than the one that would apply according to his or her employee group/subgroup (based on the settings mentioned in the previous step), you should include the function module EXIT_HMXCISR0_004 of SAP enhancement HRPC3201 in your project, and change it according to your needs.
Warning
You should only perform this step if you fulfil the following conditions:
- The SAP standard processes do not meet your requirements.
- You have a good knowledge of ABAP/4 programming.
- This function module should be used only for the purposes mentioned above. If you use it differently, it is not guaranteed to produce correct results in the system.
