To calculate the tax for severence payments and the tax for annual special payments, the standard SAP R/3 system calculates the monthly salary by the value of the constant TDIME.
Activities
If you want to set a monthly wage different from the one proposed by the system to calculate the taxes mentioned above, you should include the function module EXIT_HMXCALC0_001 of SAP enhancement HRPC3201 in your project, and change this function module according to your needs.
