Use
All employees who earn more than 300,000 per year are legally required to submit an individual annual declaration. The company is not legally requred to calculate the annual tax adjustment for these employees.
This means that employees earning more than the maximum amount will be excluded from the annual tax adjustment.
In this activity, you can check the amount of this maximum income limit for applying the annual tax adjustment.
Standard settings
The standard SAP system already contains the value of the legislated maximum income for the annual tax declaration.
We recommend that you do not change this value.
