Use

A condition is triggered by a legal or a functional reason. A condition can be generic or specific. For example:
Generic Condition
You require payroll clusters to generate a declaration.
Specific Condition
You must define an absence if an employee is unemployed, for example.
If the condition is more complex, you specify the function module associated with the condition.
Requirements
If your specified conditions are not met when you attempt to generate the form, the form is not created.
