Use

In this IMG activity, set the Return Action Type for Termination Workbench feature (40TRM) for the Action Type to be defaulted in Actions infotype (0000) when the infotype record gets delimited during termination of an employee using the Termination Workbench.

Requirements

You must have set the same Action Type for the Action Reasons N0, N1 and N2 in the table view Reason for Action (V_T530). You can do this in the IMG under Payroll India -> Termination -> Create reasons for Personnel Actions

Standard settings

The feature has been set to return the Action Type Leaving (10) by default.
