The rule is used to deduct any tax that the employee wants to pay
voluntarily. This is a fix amount deduction not based on any other
component.
The rule is accessed in schema INN1 by the statement PIT INVT NOAB.
Example
Requirements
The wage type for which the rule is written should have an entry in
table T512Z for infotype 15 so that it can be entered there. So the
model wage type MVT0 can be copied to a customer wage type and the rule
can be modified for this new wage type.

Activities
The rule is written for a specific model wage type and processed only in
the original period. When this wage type is encounterd in IT, all the
splits are removed and it is added to the net tax wage type /460. The
wage type is then put in RT.
