Use
In this IMG activity, maintain the Validity period of HR TemSe objects feature (TEMSE).
In this feature, you must configure, for each quarter of each year, the number of days for the calculation of the expiry date of the TemSe files.
You must create the parameter with the following naming convention: INaabb, where aa = last two digits of the year, bb = quarter (01- 04). For example, IN0501 represents year 2005 quarter 1.
When you run the Print Program for Form 24 report (HINCF240), the system generates the TemSe file. Date of creation of the TemSe file is the date on which you generate the report. The system calculates the date of expiration as the date of creation plus the number of days that you configure for the quarter in the Validity period of HR TemSe objects feature (TEMSE). When you run theDelete HR Objects in the TemSe report (RPUTSR00), all TemSe files with the date of expiration prior to the system date are deleted.

Example
You have created the parameter IN0501 with the value as 500. You run the Print Program for Form 24report (HINCF240) on 10.03.2006. The date of creation will be 10.03.2006. The date of expiration will be 23.07.2007, which is the date that falls 500 days after 10.03.2006.
