Title

Add-In: March Data Upload for Annual PF/Pension Report

Use

This Business Add-In (Add-In) is used in the Provident Fund (PY-IN) component.

This Add-In enables you to upload the March data for Annual PF Report (HINCEPF1) [Method - GET_MARCH_DATA] and Annual Pension Report (HINCEPN1) [Method - GET_MARCH_DATA_PEN].

The Annual PF Report (HINCEPF1) and Annual Pension Report (HINCEPN1) display data from March of the previous financial year to February of the current financial year. For example, if you are in the financial year 2001 - 2002 , Annual PF Report displays PF data from March 2001 to February 2002.

In case your company goes live with SAP in April, the Provident Fund and Pension data for March is not present in the system. To upload the March data from the worksheet in Microsoft Excel, you have been provided with this Add-In.
