Use

In this activity, you must maintain the payroll constants, Arrear amount limit (ARLMT) and Arrear Payment - TDS % (ARTDS).

In the Arrear amount limit constant (ARLMT), you must maintain an arrears amount. If the total arrears generated in the regular run exceeds the amount in this constant, then the arrears is taxed by the Determine TDS rate and calculate Tax on Arrears rule (INTD).

In the Arrear Payment - TDS % constant (ARTD), you must maintain the standard rate at which the arrears has to be taxed at the company level. If you have configured the BON1 parameter in the Determine TDS % for arrears Operation (INTDS), the Determine TDS rate and calculate Tax on Arrears Rule (INTD) will read the value maintained in this constant to calculate the tax on arrears.
