Use

In this IMG activity, you set the wage types that the system must use while calculating performance based bonus.

Performance based bonus:

  • Includes the following
    • Profit sharing
    • Productivity
    • Performance and other bonus or incentive pay, piecework, and commission
  • Excludes the following:
    • Basic pay
    • Overtime pay
    • Shift premium pay

Requirements

Standard settings

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter ASH4 in the WT group field.
  3. Enter the wage type that you want to assign to ASH3 wage type group in WType field. The system uses this value while calculating performance based bonus for the employee.
  4. Save your entries.
