Use

This activity enables you to define the different statuses of the subdocuments in accordance with the document status defined in B2A. For a given entry, you must provide the status (number and short description) defined in the Status Handler and specify which status/substatus in B2A the definition relates to.

Activities

To access the statuses defined for a process, first enter 06 as country indicator then the indicator corresponding to the desired process type (ASI, ATT, DAT, MMP, DUE, for example).

Example

For the industrial accident declaration, the following Status Handler statuses are mapped to the statuses defined in the B2A manager:

  • 0: DAT created = New (status in B2A)
  • 1: DAT sent = In process
  • 2: DAT accepted = OK
