Use
In exceptional cases, you may want to modify the amount value of the base used to calculate the profit sharing portion distributed proportionally to the wage.
The entered amount of the profit sharing calculation base must in this case correspond with the monthly bases' total for the entire fiscal year. It replaces the system calculated amount. In this case, the infotype "Profit Sharing" 0098 displays the system calculated base, the modified base and the name of the user who performed the change.
This procedure allows you to modify the profit sharing calculation base for each individual employee, for a given fiscal year.
Note:
The bases displayed in the infotype Profit Sharing (0098) correspond with the bases related to the upper and lower distribution limit, whereas the modified base corresponds with the calculation base before application of the upper and lower distribution limit.

Enter the personnel no. of the employee you want to modify the calculation base for, the exact start and end dates of the fiscal year the change is valid for, the wage type name containing the profit sharing calculation base (/112 is default) and the amount valid for the entire fiscal year of the calculation base.
