Use
The entitlements granted to employees as profit sharing are only negotiable at the end of an unavailability period (lock period) starting with the granting of entitlement to these benefits. The legal unavailability period is five years, but can be reduced to 3 years or extended to eight years in special cases. A certain number of cases where the end of unavailability can be anticipated are also defined by special laws.

reason 01 corresponds to expiry of the legal unavailability period,
reasons 02 to 11 correspond to cases with anticipated ending of unavailability.
