This modifier groups all employees concerned by the profit sharing distribution in an economic and social entity.

Each economic and social entity is associated to a given profit sharing modifier. On the other hand, several companies can have the same modifier if they belong to the same economic and social entity.

Enter only one modifier to group all personnel areas and personnel subareas belonging to the same economic and social entity and that, therefore, share the same special profit sharing reserve.
