Use
This IMG activity allows you to define if the employee belongs to one of the special employment groups, using modifiers.
You define here only the special employment groups excluded from profit sharing distribution, or, exempt from contribution, depending on the option you selected on the screen of the program you're executing.
The corresponding programs are:
- Allocation of profit sharing to employees (RPUPARF0)
- Anual payment of profit sharing interests (RPUPAIF0)
- Total release of profit sharing (RPUPADF0)
- Partial release of profit sharing (RPUPADF0)
Note :
The category 'Intermittent' is not taken into account for the profit sharing. If you want to exclude or exempt other contract types than the four groups proposed on the selection screen (for example the contracts of managers that are not employees), you can define the corresponding options in the next step "Exclude/Exempt Contract Types".

Activities
1. You may define a modifier per personnel area/subarea and/or another modifier per employee type/subgroup.
You may use these two modifiers separately or combining them.
You may define another modifier per contract type. This operation is possible in view V_T5F42, use for this the next IMG step "Exclude/Exempt contract types".
The most important thing is you define at least one modifier that will be a pointer for you in order to know if the employee belongs to one of the four default special employment groups the system proposes.
2. If your employee has a Temporary contract, is an Impatriate, Expatriate or a Cross-Border Employee, select his/her special employment group in view V_T5F45.
