Use
The S45 structure groups the employee information which is to be sent to a
pension institute, mutual insurance association or insurance company.
S45 G01 05 Employee employment periods:
S45 G05 00 Contract: You must set up the contract reference. In fact, contribution periods are defined at contract level.
S45 G05 05 Employee event: You must have entered this information (event indicator) in infotype 0218.
S45 G05 10 Contribution period
The S45 contribution period start and end dates must be entered in the associated S41 activity period. If the S45 contribution period start or end date does not match the start or end date of the S41 activity period, an S45.G05.05 event must be entered in order to justify the offset.
