Use

This activity enables you to determine the activity periods for structure S40 and to enter the absence types to be taken into account in the section Activity period for structure S40 in order to maintain the period start reason code in these structures.

The system searches for employee activity intervals which overlap the declaration period (activity status concept of presence). Changes in administrative situation during the activity must be pegged with dates and reasons. These changes divide the activity period in question into several intervals.

Requirements

The system searches for changes by reading the actions in the infotype Actions (0000) found in the payroll results.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Assign a start reason code for each action. Actions without a code assigned to them have no effect on the N4DS.
  2. To retrieve information on the period start reason code, you must specify the corresponding absence type.
