Use
Companies offer group insurance advantages for their employees in the areas of supplementary health, pensions or funded retirement plans.
The contributions managed by agencies for group insurance must be declared with the DADS-U of the insurance companies (type code 09).
You will find further information on the group insurance site (www.sintia.fr)
To implement this function, we recommend that you note the DADS-U specifications in order to obtain an overview of the structures tree, particularly structure S51 , which describes the group insurance contribution elements, and that you use the settings data supplied by the recipient agencies with which the company is affiliated.
The contribution elements consist of grouping the unit contributions in a homogenous unit based on the criteria given.
The contribution items used for the declarations to the insurance companies in structure S51 are:
- Management Unit (S51.G01.00.002): the insurance companies can be structured in the Management Unit for managing portfolios associated with the different risk types:
- UG for retirement
- UG for supplementary health,
- UG for death-disability insurance.
- Contract reference (S51.G01.00.006): each line of a Contract Reference corresponds to a population of employees with the same contributions for a group insurance policy. The contract reference often includes the concept of contributor group; in other words, a single contract number subdivided by contributor group.
- The recipient agency code (S51.G01.00.007) is an Identifier that enables us to qualify the insurance agency, called recipient agency.
- The basis nature type code (S51.G01.00.008) is used to qualify the assessment basis of a contribution for proportional contributions or the type of fee for others. The values of the rates or the fee amount are indicated in the corresponding wage types.
- The Risk Bearer Agency Code (S51.G01.00.011) is the code of the insurance company that assumes the risk if the contract is underwritten with an insurance broker.
