    • Number of affiliation to the entertainment leave fund (FACI2)
    • Companies/Establishment Addresses (FDDR1)
  • Table T536A must also have been set previously.
  • An order number must exist for the Assedic Statement.

Activities

Perform the actions required for the execution of the program.

  1. Determine the groups of employees. The various contracts offered to casual works in the entertainment sector must be associated with a group and coded in the form of a character. The various groups possible are:

  • 'G' for manual laborers
  • 'H' for technicians
  • 'I' for directors
  • 'J' for artists.

  1. Define the codes for the end of contract. The end of a contract is associated within the ASSEDIC statement with a numeric code describing the reason for this termination. Three values are possible for casual workers in the entertainment sector.

  • '31' for the end of temporary work contract
  • '36' for a termination anticipated on the initiative of the employer
  • '37' for a termination anticipated on the initiative of the employee

  1. Establish the affiliation number to the entertain sector leave fund. This number is determined on the basis of the personnel domains and subdomains.
  2. Indicate an identifier for the domain/subdomain pair (company/ establishment).
  3. Fill out the table T536A using as variable sequence the identifier defined above, and with the address type '/F'. The sequence numbers are used as follows
    A : Corporate name
    B : Name of the company
    C : Company address
    D : Post code and city
    G : Telephone number
    J : Legal form
    H : Activity

  4. Define the validity interval of the order number of the ASSEDIC statements for casual labor in the entertainment sector. Ask to modify the object HR_FR_AAI, and create a value interval with the number 1, from 00000001 to 999999999, and WITHOUT marking the box 'Ext'.
