Use

This customizing activity enables you to configure roles/variable keys in the header of the envelope. The roles are as follows:

  • SEHENTE: Envelope sender, corresponding to the Header/Sender role in the AED (electronic employer statement) specification
  • SEHDOCU: Envelope document sender, corresponding to the Header/Document/Mindex/Source role in the AED specification.

The SIRET of the workplace recipient of the RPL4DSF0 program selection screen corresponds to the combination of the personnel domain/personnel subdomain which is used as input key in this view.

Requirements

The envelope structure is defined in the EDA form in the DAQ tool.

Standard settings

Activities

Depending on the granularity you want, you can choose to:

  • Create only roles/variable keys: enter 06 then EDA as subapplication to assign the roles to a personnel area/subarea:
    • SEHENTE: the personnel area/subarea is the SIRET number specified in Sender SIRET on the Shared Sender Data tab of the RPL4DSF0 program.
    • SEHDOCU: the personnel area/subarea is the SIRET number entered in Recipient SIRET on the Global Data Shared by Senders tab.

OU

  • refine the variable keys with the following syntax:
    • SEHENTE_XXX
    • SEHDOCU_XXX

Only (XXX) extensions fill the input help (F4) for the attribute Sender Role and Manager Role in the Envelope Data tab of the RPL4DSF0 program.
