Use

In this activity, you set the numeric data which will supply the fields in the following frames:

Frame A and C: line 1

Indicator TNM_NMMS fills this line.

Frame C, line 1 - Amount of wages paid during the year or period

With indicator TNM_REMC you can add or subtract another amount to an amount calculated automatically.

Indicator TNM_TPAR fills line 2.

Frame F, line a (Internal training expenses)

This line is supplied by the cumulation of the amounts found in the indicators TNM_TTEX (Instructor's travel expenses) and TNM_TSAL (Instructor's wages).

Frames D, E and F: lines f and g

  • Add or deduct an amount to or from line F of the 2483 declaration by populating the indicator TNM_AVFD
  • In addition to the amount defined in this activity, fill line g of frame F with cost items assigned to 2483 type VLOPCA (line g) in activity Assign Cost Items to Cost Types.
  • Thus the 2483 fields, lines g and h in frame F, are supplied by adding the amounts resulting from the cost items assigned to 2483 types HEBER and VLOPCA to the amounts assigned to the corresponding indicators in this view. You can enter these amounts in the currency of your choice.

Frame F, lines c, d and i

  • The TNM_REBF indicator fills line c.
  • The TNM_ALFV indicator fills line d.
  • The TNM_SUBP indicator fills line i.

Frame G

With indicator TNM_REMG you can add or subtract another amount to the amount calculated automatically in line 17, Amount of wages paid to CDD holders.

Line 19 is supplied by the indicator TNM_VCDD, Payment to an accredited collection organism for the individual educational leave (CIF).

Frame H

The TNM_VREG indicator supplies line 22.

The TNM_NOCE indicator enables you to indirectly supply line 23:

  • If the works council has been consulted, the indicator is not entered; the Alphanumeric Data column stays empty and line 23 remains at 0.
  • If the works council has not been consulted, enter X in the Alphanumeric Data column and the line is supplied by "Amount in line 11 x 50%".

Line 23 bis is filled by using the following formula:

  • [(% fixed by your industry or, by default, 10%) x (0.9% of your gross annual wage total)] - line f frame F
  • In other words, this line is supplied by the percentage entered in the Numeric Data column or, by default, 10%, multiplied by 0.9% (TNM_INPR constant) of the gross annual wage total, i.e. the value stored in line 1 of frame C.

Frame I:

  • Surplus expenditure carriable onto the 2009 participation

a) TNM_ERN3 indicator: Carriable surplus expenditure

b) TNM_ERN2 indicator: Carriable surplus expenditure N-2

  • Surplus expenditure mentioned in column 2 effectively posted to year 2009 participation

c) TNM_EMN3 indicator: Mentioned surplus expenditure N-3

d) TNM_ENM2 indicator: Carriable surplus expenditure N-2

  • Sums pending allocation to year 2010 participation (col. 2 # col. 3)

e) TNM_SRN1 indicator: Sums pending allocation N-1
