Use

This activity is optional, because the Declaration 2483 program distributes employees into the various socio-professional categories (CSP) in the CSP Indicator field in infotype 0217 by default.

However, you can also use the FTEGC characteristic to determine an employee's socio-professional category (executive, employee, industrial worker).

View V_T77TNMFR_TE then lets you map the employee's socio-professional categories onto the CSP in Declaration 2483.
