Use
This business Add-In is used in the Payroll: Spain (PY-ES) component. With this business Add-In you can control the data that should be updated by the Affiliation message report RPCAFIE> in the .AFI Message Data (0799) infotype when the report is triggered with the Use automatisms option selected. You can also change the data of the DAM TRA, FAB, AYN and FCT segments for the .AFI message generation report.
With this BAdI you can implement your own logic for populating the infotype fields. The report calls this BAdI which provides the data that will be saved to the infotype records.
The BADI_HRPAYES_AFIE0 interface includes the following methods:
- Update the automatism data to save to the infotype (UPD_AUTOMATISM_DATA).
- Update the automatism data before showing the ALV (ACT_AUTOMATISM_DATA).
- Change data for the DAM segment for the RPCAFIE0 report (UPD_DAM_DATA).
- Change data for the TRA segment for the RPCAFIE0 report (UPD_TRA_DATA).
- Change data for the FAB segment for the RPCAFIE0 report (UPD_FAB_DATA).
- Change data for the AYN segment for the RPCAFIE0 report (UPD_AYN_DATA).
- Change data for the FCT segment for the RPCAFIE0 report (UPD_FCT_DATA).
The UPD_AUTOMATISM_DATA and ACT_AUTOMATISM_DATA methods are called using the automatism option. The report calls the UPD_AUTOMATISM_DATA method when you choose the movements that you want to update and press Create records. The report calls the UPD_DAM_DATA, UPD_TRA_DATA, UPD_FAB_DATA, UPD_AYN_DATA and UPD_FCT_DATA methods during the .AFI file generation process.
