Use

In this Customizing activity you define the national occupations of workers for contracts which have begun or ended since January 1st, 2011.

The worker's occupation code is needed to complete the data under INEM in the infotype Contract elements (0016).

  1. In Define class attributes, perform the following activities:
    • Enter the value 04 in the Country grouping field.
    • Select a class in the Specify HR attributes folder (for example, CL_CDCNO_ATT_SAP).
    • In the Specify HR attribute types folder, create a new entry with the following values:

HR attribute    Description of HR attribute

AT_CDCNO_ATT_CUS    Occupation codes attribute

  • Save your entries.

  1. In Create and define attribute groups, perform the following activities:
    • Enter the value 04 in the Country grouping field.
    • In the Specify HR attribute groups folder, create a new entry with the following values:

Attribute group    Description    HR attribute    Description    Adjustable value

GR_CDCNO_ELSE    CDCNO Reorg 2011 else    CL_CDCNO_ATT_SAP    Occupation codes class    *

  • Save your entries.
  • Select the newly created group.
  • In the Specify values of HR attribute folder, create a new entry with the following values:
