Use

In this Customizing activity, you process the data that the Contribution Models for Social Insurance (RPCTC0E0) report uses to generate the FAN file (Payroll Application File).

The FAN file is the means by which the documents relating to the worker payroll list (TC2 series documents) and their data summaries (similar to the TC1 series) are transmitted to Social Security.

Activities

Define the behavior of the RPCTC0E0 report when the segment is generated without contribution days. The behavior is indicated in the Process EDLCD03 without basis in TC situation (SCD03). The following options are possible:

  • Option 0: Separate. The RPCTC0E0 report generates segment EDLCD03 without contribution days in a Creditor balance not deliverable by RED file and submits it separately.
  • Option 1: Do not separate. The RPCTC0E0 report generates segment EDLCD03 without contribution days in the FAN file and does not submit it separately.
