Use
In this customizing activity you define how the system populates the number of dependents relevant for the employment tax calculation in field Family members of infotype Fiscal data (0062).
Therefore, you change the value of situation Update number of family members (NOHIJ). In accordance with the situation value, the system populates the field in different ways.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, the value of situation NOHIJ is 0.
Activities
Choose one of the following options:
- Option 0: Update manually
For the autonomous communities, field Family members is populated automatically with the number of dependents relevant for th income tax registered in infotype Family / Related Person (0021).
For the chartered communities (comunidades forales), the field can be edited and takes as initial value the value of field No. of children of infotype Personal Data (0002).
- Option 1: Update automatically
The field Family members is automatically populated with data from infotype 0021 also for the chartered communities (comunidades forales).
