Use
Employment tax notifications that are reported to the tax office should be backed up. An optical archive is used as a storage tool. This section discusses which Customizing settings are necessary to make your optical archive accessible for employment tax notifications.
For each form you need to activate or deactivate the Archive When Printing indicator. You make this setting under the following menu item:
SAPscript Forms -> Assign Parameters to SAPscript Forms with country grouping 01 and area DEST.
Requirements
You have set up an optical archive.
Standard settings
For the employment tax notification, object type EMPLOYTXDE and document type HRODELSTA are defined.
Activities
You make the following Customizing settings in the IMG under:
Basis -> Basis-Services -> SAP ArchiveLink Basic Settings -> Edit Links. For more information, see the documentation there.
- Assign your archive system to the employment tax notification.
Further notes
If you do not use an optical archive and only want to store small amounts of data, you can also use the SAP CONTENT SERVER to do this. For more information, go to SAP Library and choose Basis -> Basis Services -> SAP Knowledge Provider -> Content Management Service.
