Use
The recipients of payroll reports are varied and include the employment office, workers' compensation association, State Statistical Office, creditors of garnishments, and others.
In this IMG activity you can enter various addresses (including your own company address as the sender) under a specific address type in central address management.
Activities
- In the Specify Work Area dialog box, choose the desired address type (for example, workers' compensation association, State Statistical Office, or company address).
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter an address key of your choice, and in the Text field enter a name for the address you are creating.
- Choose Enter. In the Edit Address dialog box, enter the address data (for example, street and city), as well as other communication data (such as telephone, fax, and e-mail).
Further notes
One address type listed is Administrator. You can use this address type in the IMG activity Enter Data on Reporting Personnel Area to determine the related administrator. To do this, in the Determination of Administrator group box choose the option From Address Management.
