Use

In evaluations or surveys you often need to enter data of a specific reporting operating unit; for example, the recipient, the relevant administrator for answering questions, an identifying company number, and so on.

In this IMG activity you can define this data for each application (or subapplication).

The group boxes Address of Recipient and Determination of Administrator appear in each subapplication. Any other group boxes that appear are application-specific.

Activities

  1. In the Specify Work Area dialog box, choose the desired application (subapplication).
  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Enter the appropriation personnel area for Reporting and the validity period.
  4. In the Address of Recipient group box, select the appropriate address.
    First you need to have entered the address in the IMG activity Configure Addresses.
  5. In the Determination of Administrator group box, select one of the options listed:
    • According to ID:
      • The administrator is determined using the ID.
    • Current User:
      • The administrator is determined according to the current user. For this to work, the user needs to have a personnel number in the system.
    • From Personnel Number:
      • The administrator is determined according to the personnel number.
    • From Position:
      • The administrator is determined according to the position. The system evaluates the data of the personnel number that occupies the position with the highest percentage rate.
    • From Address Management:
      • The administrator is determined according to address management data. A prerequisite for this is that the data must first be entered in the IMG activity Configure Addresses, under address type Administrator.
