Use
In this IMG activity, you assign the basic pay wage types that you want to take into account for the evaluation of their own or higher position when calculating the personal bonus to the bonus wage types.
Perform this assignment in each case for the module HDAUB (Difference) or HDAUC (Percentage Calculation).
Example
To evaluate the activities in the CAPS, the table remuneration in accordance with §17 sec.4 clause 1 and 2 (incl. guarantee amount, if required) for individual and higher positions is important.
For transferred employees, the remuneration of the individual intermediate and final level is important.
The following entries must therefore be available for the evaluation of the sample wage type OD45 Personal Bonus,
