Use
The rules for calculating the personal bonus depend on the collective agreement and partially also on the salary group assignment of the employee within the pay scale, and the pay scale of the transferred activity.
In this IMG activity you define the possible decision values for the individual positions and the possible decision values for the higher position.
These decision values are required for the decision on the rules for calculating the personal bonus.
Example
In the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD), different rules apply for employees in pay grade groups 1 to 8 and employees in pay grade groups 9 to 15.
To differentiate between these rules, the following two decision values aren created:
