Use

Employees receive a personal bonus in the event of temporary transition to an activity with a higher rate of pay. The amount of this bonus is based on various pay scale rules.

In the infotype Activity with Higher Rate of Pay(0509), you enter the data for the transferred function and details of payment.
This data is used as a basis for evaluating a bonus wage type, which is entered in the infotype Basic Pay(0008).

In the following IMG activities you make the settings required for calculating this bonus.
