Use

In accordance with § 11 section 2 paragraph 2 of the TVÜ-VKA, the vested payment bonus for the child-related remuneration elements in general remuneration adjustments are to be increased by the defined percentage. Separate family-related bonus classes must therefore be used for the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD).

You use this IMG activity to assign the new family-related bonus class (OZK new), derived from the bonus class for the previous pay scale to which the employee belonged before the transfer (OZK old) and from the features of the new pay scale (t), (pay scale type, pay scale area, pay scale grouping).
