The system controls the display of the family-related bonus (FRB) level in the Basic Pay infotype (0008) using the family-related bonus model. The family-related bonus models are the fixed values for domain OZMOD. In this step, you assign the fixed family-related bonus models to the action types and employee subgroup groupings. The following family-related bonus models are available:

Identification    Use

01    FRB for salaried employees

02    FRB for hourly-paid employees

03    FRB for placement students

04    FRB for PS employees

For values 02 and 03, the level in the Level field of the Basic Pay infotype remains blank. For FRB model 01, the level is one higher than for FRB model 04.

Example

For a collective agreement for public sector employees, you assign model 04 so that the system shows the correct level for the family-related bonus.

Activities

  1. Specify the pay scale type and pay scale area.
  2. Assign the family-related bonus model for this collective agreement to each action as well as to the blank entry.
  3. Choose Save.
