In this step, you define the possible values for the field P01_SZGRD. The system uses this field in the Child Element and Bonuses subtype (Reason field under Special bonus: Child increase amount) for the Family-Related Bonuses infotype (0595). Field P01_SZGRD contains information on the reason for the employee's entitlement to the child increase amount in the special bonus and is not relevant for payroll.
You can modify and enhance the values to suit your requirements. The values that you store here are displayed as the input help when you maintain the subtype.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the following values:
- Entitlement
- No entitlement
Activities
- Maintain the existing entries.
- To insert additional entries, choose New entries.
If you make a new entry, also enter a specification.
- Save your changes.
