To remunerate overtime for part-time employees, you need special wage types that are valuated with the valuation bases defined in the previous step (wage type /0O5)
In this step, you create this wage type.
Due to deferred payment, a wage type is required for both the month of origin and the month of payment.
Standard settings
The SAP standard system includes the model wage types O236 (Overtime month of origin), and O237 (Overtime in payment month).
Activities
- Choose Copy.
- Enter Germany.
You access the maintenance interface for the wage type copier.
- For each SAP model wage type to be copied, enter the name of your customer wage type in thh CWType field.
- Select the wage types to be copied.
- Choose Copy.
Not that if this run is an update run, the Test run field must not be flagged.
