To overwrite a reduced working time (RWT) day entered in the system with a working day, you must enter a substitution. This substitution means 'Postponement of RWT day for company or official reasons'.

In this step of the Implementation Guide, you set up a substitution type for entering a work day on a RWT day. This only functions correctlyif used with the dynamic action that is subsequently created. This then means that the deduction period of the basic RWT quota is exended to the last day of February of the subsequent year.
