In this step, you define fictitious run controls for your semiretirement models. The fictitious run control is used as a grouping for the individual fictitious runs that you set up in the following step. You then assign a fictitious run control to your semiretirement models in the step Set Up Semiretirement Model
Example
You have two personnel areas with different semiretirement models.
The standard semiretirement model Standard applies in the first personnel area. A standard fictitious full-time gross amount forms the base instead of the statutory specified fictitious full-time gross amount. This standard fictitious full-time gross amount must be calculated in a individual fictitious payroll run.
The statutory semiretirement model Statutory applies for the second personnel area.
In both personnel areas, the jobs saved are reoccupied and the supplementary amounts saved up are reclaimed by the employment office. Therefore the statutory supplementary amounts for both semiretirement models, must also be calculated in an individual fictitious payroll run.
You create an individual Standard fictitious run control for the Standard semiretirement model. In the step Assign Fictitious Runs to Fictitious Run Controls, you assign a fictitious run for calculating the agreed fictitious full-time gross amount to this fictitious run control and a fictitious run for calculating the statutory supplementary amounts.
Also create an individual fictitious run control Statutory for the Statutory semiretirement model. You assign a fictitious run for calculating the statutory supplementary amounts to this fictitious run control.
