The Personnel Area Reporting function is used in the earnings structure survey. This contains two points:
- Grouping of personnel areas and subareas to a reporting operating unit
- Specification of particular company data
If the personnel areas and subareas are not mapped in the way that they are to be reported to the State Statistics Office, they can be grouped accordingly
Activities
In the general Customizing activity Personnel Area Reporting, group your personnel areas and subareas under subapplication EHVS as required.
Even if there is no grouping, the State Statistics Office to be surveyed must be entered as the addressee for the reporting personnel area. It is sufficient to specify the state in the address data for the statistics office.
Information on the address and administrator (name, telephone number) is required as sender data.
The logon ID for eStatistik.core must also be entered.
This data must be stated so that the survey can be created.
Additional Grouping to Sending Personnel Area
If you need to conduct the earnings structure survey for multiple company areas, you also have the option of grouping the created data as one sending company area. In this case, the XML data for multiple reporting companies is grouped and only one file is generated for each sender. If you would like to use this option, in subapplication EHAB, create a sending personnel subarea with the required data. The sender address, administrator, and the logon ID are required for eStatistik.core.
If you use the grouping to sending personnel area, this grouping is also used for the earnings survey.
If you do not want to use this option, you do not need to set up a personnel area in subapplication EHAB.
In this case, a separate XML file with the sender details stored under the reporting company is created for each reporting company.
