The earnings structure survey is to be carried out every four years (for example, 2010).

This earnings structure survey must only be taken by some of the employers (sample). These employers receive written notification.

Activities

Make the Customizing settings only if you have been selected as an employer for the earnings structure survey.

Further notes

  • As of survey year 2010, note the following additional requirements in the following Customizing activities:
    • The earnings regulations have new unique numbers.
      If you have to maintain the earnings regulation, enter the new unique numbers in the Customizing activity Enter Additional Data for Reporting Company. The new numbers can be found at:
      • www.destatis.de\tarifdatenbank
    • For each reporting personnel area, the minimum wage industry sector must also be specified.
      In the Customizing activity Enter Additional Data for Reporting Company, maintain the Minimum Wage Industry Sector field.
    • The remuneration conversion for each employee is to be reported.
      In view cluster VC_T596A (Validity and cumulation wage types for stat. subapplications), check whether the standard entries for subapplication EHVS (earnings structure survey), cumulation wage type EGUJ (yearly remuneration conversions), meet your company requirements. If this not the case, make the required changes in the Customizing activity Maintain Cumulation Wage Types.
