In some cases, automatically determined data must be overridden. This is possible for each personnel number by creating an exception in the statistics infotype (0033).

The following exceptions are possible:

• 0014 - not relevant for earnings survey

  Create this exception if an employee should not be included in the earnings survey due to a special situation that report RPCEHBD0 does not recognize.

• 0009 to 0013 - specification of benefits group

  Create one of these exceptions if you want to override the benefits group determined by the report for certain employees.
