Use
In this IMG activity, you determine how personnel (sub)areas are grouped into companies with mandatory reporting..
Each company with mandatory reporting has its own statistical company number (or #Identnummer# on the manual template) and must submit its own statistics.
You find the number of companies with manadtory reporting as well as the number of relevant statistical company numbers in the informational statement issued by the statistics offices that you receive when you are selected for an earnings survey.
To assign personnel (sub)areas to companies with mandatory reporting, use Personnel Area Reporting. You can assign your companies with mandatory reporting under subapplication EHVE>/> (Earnings Survey).
If you assign companies with mandatory reporting using a feature, use one with decision structure PME01 (similar to standard feature DZUBT).
If companies with mandatory reporting are not grouped, each individual personnel (sub)are is considered to be a company with mandatory reporting and requires its own statistical company number.
Activities
The following activities must be performed for each company with mandatory reporting.
Configure recipient address
The recipient of the evaluation is the State Statistics Office responsible for companies with mandatory reporting. This is usually the State Statistics Office of the state where the company is located.
Enter the address of the State Statistics Office with a custom address key under Configure Addresses.
If you send the survey data via XML, note that the state Region field) is required in addition to the address of the State Statistics Office.
Data on reporting personnel area
Under Enter Data on Reporting Personnel Area, entert he address key of the State Statistics Office and specify the administrator.
An ID is also required for the XML procedure. You receive this ID when you register for eSTATISTIK.core (see documentation for RPCEHBD0.
If you group the companies with mandatory reporting in the Determine XML Sender section, you do not need to enter the ID under subapplication EHVE. However, you must enter the ID under the XML senders (subapplication EHAB).
