The Personnel Area Reporting function is used in the structure survey of salaries and wages. This contains two points:

  1. Grouping of personnel areas and subareas to a reporting operating unit
  2. Specification of particular company data

This has the following implications for the structure survey of salaries and wages:

  • If the personnel areas and subareas are not mapped in the way that they are to be reported to the State Statistics Office, they can be grouped accordingly
  • In the survey, data is queried that is not stored in the system, for example, the administrator, the government influence, or the business task
  • The information about the industry is particularly important. The industry refers to the number defined for the activity in the 1993 issue of the classification of industries
    The survey cannot be created without this information.
    • Sections H, I, and K are surveyed according to EU legislation, meaning that not all key indicators can be asked
    • Sections C-G and J are surveyed with the complete German questionnaire
    • There is no survey for the other sections

Activities

Under the general Customizing activity Personnel Area Reporting, group your personnel areas and subareas as required and then store the related data. Select the subapplication EHGL # structure survey of salaries and wages.

This data must be stated so that the survey can be created.
