Use
Existing statements can be saved to an optical archive.
In this IMG activity, you determine for each form whether it is to be archived.
Requirements
You have an archive system and have assigned object type CERTIFPAYD with document type HROBWFORM to this archive system under General Settings -> Archiving.
Activities
To save a form on printing, select the Archive checkbox.
Further notes
In a test or development system, it is not necessary to archive existing statements. You can therefore deselect the checkbox here.
In a production system, we recommend that you archive statements.
