Use

In this IMG activity you define the assignment of standard text fields to forms.

In SAPscript forms, window areas are defined, in which the specified standard texts are included. The window areas are:

  • Sender
  • Address
  • Logo
  • Header text
  • Footer text
  • Signature

In the standard SAP delivery, the form output contains all the necessary information. Only create customer-specific standard texts and enter them here if you want to add to or change this.

Standard settings

The form areas Sender and Address are predefined.

The form areas Header, Footer, Logo, and Signature are delivered empty.

Activities

Assignment of standard texts to forms:

  • Choose the SAPscript form your require.
  • If you want to include a header line, a footer line, or a logo, you must create a customer-specific standard text, and specify it under the relevant point. The same applies if you want to change one of the predefined form areas. You can also scan in a handwritten signature in the Signature form area.
