The SAPscript form contains a number of form areas that are called each time a statement is created.

Standard settings

The form areas Sender and Address already contain the basic entries taken from different tables. The form areas Header, Footer, Logo, and Signature do not contain data.

Activities

  1. You can change the standard text elements.
  2. You can create a new standard text and include it in the statement.
  3. You can scan in a handwritten signature.

Further notes

If you have changed a standard text or created a new standard text, you assign it to the relevant statement in Set Up Statement Parameters -> Assign Standard Texts.
